Mashti Malones' "Herbal Snow"

A friend brought this over for a dinner party. It's made from "a blend of rosewater, lemon, cardamom, basil seeds, and a secret blend of 14 herbs and spices." (According to their Instagram.) It tastes crazy, in the best way. It does have the texture of snow. On hot days, I literally fantasize about it. It's such a wake up call for the mouth and spirit and senses. I always have/savor a few bites during peak summer temps. Yum yum forever.
